Just a quick note to any of you out there who might be skipping work/summer school/jury duty to attend development camp over the next few days – if you’ve got pictures, anecdotes or scouting reports from this week’s sessions, feel free to send them along to CapsChick@DCCheapSeats.com. I’ll be happy to post them here so those of us still chained to a desk can share in the joy of hockey in July.

…otherwise, pending something newsworthy happening, you’re stuck with a few more rounds of “Ask CC” to fill time. And no one wants that.

As for me, I’ll be out at Kettler on Friday and Saturday for my own take on this year’s crop of youngsters as development camp draws to a close. And if you’re really lucky I’ll have this whole Tweeting thing figured out, just for those of you who like their news in 140 character snippets.
